Try, try, again…
Disappointed with the bitter chocolate cupcake, I decided to give this white cake recipe a whirl.
They’re good, but still not exactly what I’m looking for. At least they’re an improvement, right? And they look cute. I’ll let you know what my guinea pigs coworkers think.

If you like cakes and are ever in London, (and Elise you have no excuses!) then you simply have to visit the Humming Bird Bakery on Portobello Road (where the market is). Simply the most delicious cupcakes I have EVER had. And I’m not really a sweet tooth type!
In case anyone cares, the cupcakes were a huge hit and were gone before lunchtime. If you’re looking for a white cake recipe, this one’s a keeper.
At first, I thought you had put peas and carrots on top of the cupcake, cause that’s what it looked like. Since when did cupcakes become so popular? I see everyone writing about them.
